As the year is coming to an end, we have chosen the theme for this issue to be “Contentment”. Looking back at the achievements of the passing year, it is important to center ourselves, deeply listening to the changes taking place, and begin our new year with renewed commitment.
Commitment gives character, the ability to be masterfully balanced within all our circumstances. When we walk with dignity, truthful to ourselves and others, we experience our divinity which gives us the grace to live in trust.
This grace gives us the power to sacrifice in order to achieve our goals or purpose in life. This service to our soul and its longing to serve others brings us happiness and the satisfaction of achievement. And the gift of this service is contentment. We have come and accomplished our purpose in grace and dignity to live our divinity.
This fulfillment, trust, and satisfaction gives us a caliber of character that lives authentically and honors our unique path.
“Without contentment there is no king. You may be an Emperor, you want more, more, more, more and ultimately you cannot get anything. Happiness only comes to those who feel contented” – Siri Singh Sahib
